Frequently Asked Questions

  • What if I'm not in when you deliver?
    Deliveries will usually be made Monday to Saturday, between 8.30am to 6.00pm. If you or the intended recipient are not available, each time an attempt is made, our courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Follow the instructions on this card to rearrange delivery or to collect your products.
  • How long will it take to receive a refund for a returned item?
    The item(s) returned must be in a saleable condition, unused and in the original, undamaged packaging; we will consider the overall condition of the product being returned when making a refund.

    The payment would usually reach the account within 7 working days of us receiving the goods back. -The exact timings will, however also depend on the speed in with which your credit/debit card company processes the credit.
  • What if my order arrives damaged?
    Call us on 01782 636170  (Outside UK), between the hours of 11.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday

    If the packaging is damaged you must sign the delivery as "damaged", and notify us as soon as possible within 1 day of accepting the goods.
  • Will I get an order confirmation?
    We will send you a confirmation email detailing the exact order received shortly after your order is placed.
  • When will my products be delivered?
    After you have placed your order online, we will send you an order confirmation email with all the related information and the confirmation of your preferred order date. USUALLY 1-2 DAYS

    If you don't received this email within 24 hours of placing your order, or your products have not been delivered within the timescale stated in the email, then please contact our Customer Services team either by email at anytime or by phone on 01782 636170, between the hours of 11am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
  • What if my order hasn't arrived?
    If your order has been despatched and has not arrived within the expected time period, please or phone us on  01782 636170, Monday to Friday or send us an email to notify us of the event.
  • What if only part of my order has arrived?
    If you have ordered more than one item on your order, please bear in mind that products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately. However, if this is not the case and you have not received the entire order as detailed in the order confirmation email sent to you, you must call us on 01782 636170, between 11am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
